If your photographs will be used for larger advertising campaigns, paid media, third-party distribution, packaging, extensive publication, or applications outside the originally agreed scope, we'll discuss any additional usage requirements before the work is used in that capacity.
Copyright remains with View The Lens Studio unless otherwise established through a separate written agreement.
Preparation protects the time you're paying for.
Every Commercial Collection includes a defined photography window.
Your team, location, products, wardrobe, and other required elements should be prepared before photography is scheduled to begin.
Client delays, unavailable participants, location-access issues, incomplete preparation, or other delays outside the photographer's control do not automatically extend the reserved photography window.
Additional production time may be available when scheduling permits and will be quoted separately.

Rather than starting from scratch every time you need new imagery, we'll create a recurring photography plan around your business, marketing calendar, seasonal needs, and upcoming priorities.
